    To provide high quality, faith-centered childcare that fosters spiritual, academic, and emotional growth for children of all ages.     Our Staff

    Our Staff consists of experienced, background‑checked professionals who are CPR and first aid certified and deeply committed to children’s well‑being and growth. Staff provide constant, actively engaged supervision, model positive behaviors and language, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is adjusted to each child’s needs. We maintain accurate daily logs, including attendance and incident reports, communicate regularly and professionally with families, and act promptly on any concerns as mandated reporters. Complete annual training hours as required by NJCCIS. Our staff participate in internal workshops and evaluations, collaborate during lesson planning periods, and share ideas during reflection meetings and curriculum reviews.

    We offer a range of programs tailored to the needs of children at different developmental stages. Our programs include: infant care: Focus: secure attachment, sensory exploration, & motor development social emotional, physical, cognitive, and language. toddler care: Focus: independence, mobility, language explosion, self help, motor, communication, exploration, preschool care: school readiness, peer interaction, learning, literacy, math, science, social skills Faith and after-school care: Focus: Enrichment, responsibility, creativity, homework help, STEAM Projects, group games, life skills, and leadership.
