Stepping Stones and Associates LLC remains in the preparation and rebuilding stage. There is no new opening date or licensing milestone to announce this week, but the vision remains alive. I am continuing to organize the business, childcare-safety procedures, operational materials, and plans needed to move forward responsibly.
Our immediate needs continue to include housing stabilization and foreclosure prevention, relocation expenses, licensing and inspections, insurance, emergency equipment, safe classroom furnishings, background checks, staff training, and operating supplies. No childcare services will begin until all required approvals are completed—because safety must always come first.

Our Summer program provides faith-filled fun, educational enrichment, outdoor exploration, creative arts, sensory play, early literacy, and transportation support, all in a nurturing home-style environment. Parents can relax knowing their child is safe, supported, and growing socially, academically, and spiritually.
Our Staff
Our Staff consists of experienced, background‑checked professionals who are CPR and first aid certified and deeply committed to children’s well‑being and growth. Staff provide constant, actively engaged supervision, model positive behaviors and language, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is adjusted to each child
Our Staff consists of experienced, background‑checked professionals who are CPR and first aid certified and deeply committed to children’s well‑being and growth. Staff provide constant, actively engaged supervision, model positive behaviors and language, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is adjusted to each child’s needs. We maintain accurate daily logs, including attendance and incident reports, communicate regularly and professionally with families, and act promptly on any concerns as mandated reporters. Complete annual training hours as required by NJCCIS. Our staff participate in internal workshops and evaluations, collaborate during lesson planning periods, and share ideas during reflection meetings and curriculum reviews.
